Complaints
If the union has let you down, say so. Complaints go to the secretary general and are answered in writing.
- Complain about an official, a branch or a case outcome.
- Put it in writing with dates and names.
- Acknowledged within 7 days.
- Escalate to the national executive if unresolved.
