Our constitution

KVU is run by its members. The constitution sets out how officials are elected, how dues are spent, and how a member can challenge a decision.

• Registered under the Labour Relations Act, 2007.
• National officials elected by branch delegates.
• Annual audited accounts circulated to every branch.
• A signed copy is posted to members on request.
